Dear Colleagues,
It is our great pleasure and honor to invite you to participate in the Second European Forum on Hypertension, which will take place in Gdansk-Gdynia on May 12–14th, 2016. The meeting will be jointly organized by The European Society of Hypertension and The Polish Society of Hypertension. The main aim of the meeting is to strengthen the relationship between the ESH and the National Societies.
VENUE: at the Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Gdynia Waterfront, Poland,
DATE: scheduled from 12 to 14 May 2016.
